Forthcoming articles will elaborate the process Midway engages in to help antitrust lawyers make novel mathematical economic arguments to either prove or disprove an antitrust violation.

Midway Innovations is working on a political economics breakthrough in social choice theory. The goal is to provide artificial intelligence companies with increased AI accuracy in understanding human behavior with diverging voter preferences. Midway is also working to acquire grants to continue to develop AI products which can assist politicians and public relations experts with assessing diverging issue preferences.
Trademark and Fashion:
Midway Innovations has developed the design for three vision based artificial intelligence systems which can aid brand owners or the United States Trademark Office with the prosecution of trade dress and brand protection. This breakthrough has the potential to allow fashion designers to better protect their trade dress and help the USPTO with the processing of trademark claims. Further, now it may be possible to use AI to prove inherent distinctiveness by creating a process that is fair and objective, saving the USPTO substantial amounts of trademark litigation expense.
